11 Refund Policy.

Requests for a refund more than six (6) weeks before the event date will be paid less a 30% cancellation charge

Requests for a refund between six (6) and four (4) weeks before the event date will be paid less a 50% cancellation charge

No refund will be given less than four (4) weeks before the event date

GROUP BOOKING DEPOSITS

If your group number drops below the minimum number agreed ( included in the group discount cost) you will be charged in full
